At CareVoice, we cover extensive courses & training covering person centred, personal care methods and standard of care giving principles. Our training is for new carers in the healthcare sector who have recently started their career, as well as experienced professionals looking to update their knowledge with the latest legal and cultural developments. We keep our training up to date with current and relevant best practices and any changing regulations.
At CareVoice we understand that courses & training is not one size fits all. We have got you covered.
Our courses are built around real care settings and practical needs for organisations and individuals. CareVoice Training is aligned with the current standards and designed to raise the standard of care across homes, families, and communities..
Our Care Courses & Training Includes:
Transform your career with training that actually prepares you for the reality of care work. Our training doesn’t just focus on ticking boxes. We focus on equipping you with professional knowledge and the skills to make a difference to those you care for. Through practical sessions that reflect real-life care scenarios, you’ll become the expert that employers value and residents benefit from.
We are fully aware that care doesn’t stop at 5pm and shift patterns don’t always align with traditional training schedules. That’s why our flexible night shift sessions are created with your routine in mind.
Building a team that delivers exceptional care for service users, directly reflects your organisation’s values and service model. This training isn’t just your typical generic compliance training. We have personalised our training to align with your care philosophy and operational needs.
We know that running a residential care home, domiciliary care service, or specialist facility requires continuity of care. Our rota-friendly approach allows staff members to elevate standards across your team and improve the quality of care they provide.
When a loved one needs extra care to get by day to day, it can feel overwhelming, especially with no professional training. CareVoice Training aims to support you with emotional and practical support to provide dignified care.
We want to give you the tools and knowledge so you are confident to care for your loved one. Let us be your reassurance that you’re not alone in this journey. We know that managing medication and recognising changes can be daunting in health is part of our course. Our training respects and supports every unpaid carer with the compassion and knowledge they deserve.
We understand that care is personal. That’s why our training is, too.
If you are looking to refresh your knowledge or develop your team, we provide tailored, practical learning solutions designed to strengthen skills and support high quality care
