Bookings and Payments

All bookings for services are subject to acceptance and availability.

Prices for services will be clearly discussed and via email or if preferred in writing.

Payment must be made as agreed prior to the provision of services, unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellations – Clients must provide at least 36 hours notice if booking on your own. If it is a group booking the company must provide at lease 72 hours notice. cancellations may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, however refund or reschedule will be given
